Pacific Ale Artisan Ale Fresh Wort Kits are made on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery from grain and brewed true to style. Pacific Ale Fresh Wort Kits are pourfectly suited to time poor brewers or those who simply want an excellent beer with maximum flavour and a minimum of effort.

NOTE: Supplied in a 16.5 litre HDPE cube. These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water immediately prior to fermentation to achieve the ideal balance. You may if you wish, not add the extra water for a richer, higher gravity version.

DESCRIPTION

An Australian favourite featuring tropical fruit flavours including passionfruit, peach and citrus. Balanced bitterness and a slight natural haze make this beer perfect after a hard day at work or the beach.

Dry Hopping is not essential with this beer but if you’d like to experiment you could try 40g of Galaxy or Eclipse in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.

Starting Gravity: 1.053 undiluted, 1.047 with 3 litres of water added
Bitterness: 16 IBU’s.
Grist make up: Pale, Wheat & Light Crystal
Hops: Galaxy
