Yes, we provide wholesale pricing and bulk grain discounts for registered commercial brewers. Please contact our sales team directly to set up a trade account.

How do you ensure the freshness of hops and yeast?

All our hops are nitrogen-flushed and vacuum-sealed in foil packaging, then stored in cold storage. Liquid yeast is kept refrigerated and we recommend adding an ice pack to your order during warmer months.

Can I mill my grain at home or do you provide milling services?

We offer both! You can purchase whole grain to mill yourself, or select our 'Crushed' option for a small fee, where we use professional-grade mills to ensure the perfect crush for your mash.

What is your return policy on perishable goods?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened ingredients like hops, grain, or yeast. If there is a quality issue or a shipping error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
