Aussie Dry | Artisan Ale | Fresh Wort Kit is made on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery from grain and brewed true to style. Aussie Draught Fresh Work Kit is well suited to time poor brewers or those who simply want an excellent beer with a minimum amount of effort.

NOTE: Supplied in a 16.5 litre HDPE cube. These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water immediately prior to fermentation to achieve the ideal balance. You may if you wish, not add the extra water for a richer, higher gravity version.

DESCRIPTION

Crispy, refreshing Mid Aussie Draught. It’s the same wetness, the same refreshingness, even the same tastiness... just a lower ABV.

Ferment this one with either Bluestone Pilsen, SafLager W-34/70 or Saflager S-23

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.030 after adding 3L water, ABV 3.8% - 4.2%

Colour: 3 EBC

Bitterness: 11 IBU using Warrior US Hops.
Grist make up: Joe Traditional Ale Malt, Joe White Dextrin Malt
Flavour hopped with Magnum hops.
