MADE FROM 100% NATURAL, FRESH AND WHOLESOME FRUIT.


Concentrated Lemon Juice, ultra-filtered, with added approved preservatives as required by our customers. The product has the characteristic appearance, aroma and clean taste of lemon juice. It is made from 100% natural, fresh and wholesome fruit of the specified variety and is unmodified in any way. It is not genetically manipulated and does not contain food additives.

Reconstitution Rate:

To reconstiute to single strength lemon juice us a factor of 7.25, so 100ml concentrate to 625ml water makes 725ml of single strength lemon juice

The product complies with the EU Directives and the AIJN Code of Practice and RSK-values. Pesticides or agrochemical residues standards comply with SENASA (Argentine), MERCOSUR, CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, FAO/WHO, EPA (USA) and EU rules, Positive List (Japan) and many other country regulations. We always conform to the strictest existing regulations. Furthermore, the use of pesticides or agrochemicals at Citromax is below the average of the laws required by Japan and the United States, among others.

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at -18°C.

Warehouse Storage & Current Location: This product is in a frozen warehouse in Brooklyn VIC 3025 and is sold GST Free exc. Freight which will be invoiced post sale.  This product must be shipped and stored Frozen.
